Systems
TPO, EPDM, and PVC
Single-ply is the default on most flat and low-slope commercial roofs, and each membrane has a job it does best.
- TPO reflects heat well and welds into a strong seam. The common pick on warehouses and new construction.
- EPDM handles temperature swing and holds up for decades. Still the right answer on plenty of buildings.
- PVC resists grease and chemicals, which matters on restaurants and processing facilities.
We install all three. Which one fits depends on the slope, the deck, what the building does, and what is on the roof now.

New and replacement
Installs and tear-offs
On new construction or a roof that is genuinely finished, we install a full single-ply system: insulation, cover board, membrane, and detail work at every penetration and curb.
Tear-off is planned in sections so your building is never open more than it has to be, and never open overnight.
Restoration
Flexion restoration systems
A membrane that has weathered and gone brittle but has not failed structurally does not need torn off. A flexion restoration system seals it under a reinforced membrane with warranties up to 25 years.
Roughly the same result, a fraction of the disruption, and none of it goes to a landfill.
Free roof inspection
Get a straight answer on your roof
We walk the roof, document the condition, and give you the recommendation with the reasoning behind it. Repair, coating, or replacement, depending on what we find. You get the assessment before the number.
